Superstructure

  • Diaphragm type structural system of reinforced concrete and thermally efficient 25cm brick, with reinforced concrete floors of variable thickness (14-16cm).
  • Wooden frame type roof

  • Electrical installations including sockets and circuit breaker.
  • Thermal installations with central heating for each house, radiators and underfloor heating.
  • Air conditioning installations – pipe runs for several indoor units (multiple air conditioners).
  • Complete bathroom and kitchen plumbing.

FINISAJE:

EXTERIOR

  • The external walls are thermally insulated with 20 cm thick mineral wool and finished with white and dark gray silicone decorative plaster or clad with visible clinker brick.
  • The roof is dark gray corrugated iron laid over a layer of waterproofing.
  • Heat-insulating PVC joinery with Low-E heat-resistant glass.
  • The external circulations are made of asphalt and the prefabricated concrete pavers.
  • The outdoor terraces are made of weather-resistant WPC deck (composite material – plastic & wood).

  • Interior compartments made of lightweight plasterboard walls with mineral wool on the inside.
  • Living room floors, bedrooms, hallways made of layered wooden parquet with 10cm plinths.
